To view the video, make a selection of the appropriate viewer and bandwidth from the selection shown. The low bandwidth files will load faster, but the quality is not as good. If you have a high bandwidth connection or you are willing to wait a few minutes, the high bandwidth links are preferable. You can use either windows media player or the real player, either of which can be obtained free, as shown below.
